Understand that this does not mean you will have some brilliant insight into how they can solve their problem! Your job here is to give them something of value. Whether it’s scheduling a follow-up session, signing up for a program, or providing additional information, make sure the next step is clear and easy for the client to take.

A successful Discovery Call doesn’t end when the call does. Follow-up is crucial to maintain momentum and continue the conversation. Send a follow-up email thanking the potential client for their time, summarizing key points from the call, and reiterating the next steps.
